Badda Bing®, Badda Boom® Begonias from Goldsmith Seeds

The nutty names for these two new wax begonia series from Goldsmith Seeds refer to an early/easy-blooming style:“Pot these plants and bada bing!, bada boom!, you get blooms 10-14 days earlier than other begonias.” Bada Bing begonias (above) come in five colors with yellow eyes and rich green foliage. Bada Booms (below) come in four colors with yellow centers and bronze leaves. Both series are superb performers in both sun and shade, all season long. Plus the flowers rise up above the foliage – this looks better, and provides better resistance to water-created disease. The bloom time and height uniformity creates a consistent, level look in the garden. An ideal choice for borders and beds with multiple light conditions, and because they hold their color in high heat, they‘re great in window boxes and containers.
