Mahoney’s Plant Guarantee

Mahoney’s guarantees that all of our plants are true to name, up to grade, and healthy when leaving the nursery. We guarantee the survival of our:

• woody plants for 1 year
• roses and perennials for 90 days
• annuals and indoor plants for 30 days

from date of purchase providing they have not been damaged and have been properly planted and watered according to these instructions. If a plant is not going to survive, it generally becomes apparent within two to four weeks after planting. If you have any questions about the health of a plant, notify the Mahoney’s where the plant was purchased. We shall not be liable for plants that are lost or damaged due to improper planting or watering, water bans, excessive drought, salt-damage due to hurricane or damage from any other extreme weather conditions.

A merchandise credit, not to exceed the purchase price, will be issued to the original purchaser for plants that do not survive the guarantee period. Original register receipt(s), plant(s) and a manager’s approval are required in order for a merchandise credit to be issued.
