I need to move my double knock out roses, they were planted...

I need to move my double knock out roses, they were planted too close together and too close to the front of my bed.

Can I move them now or do I need to wait until the fall. Thanks Lynn

I would wait till fall after the first hard frost. Move it in the cool of the day.
