Fencing would keep rabbits out, for chipmunks and squirrels you would could use Repels, Critter Ritter. These products create a barrier around the vege garden to deter the animals. Both products would have to be reappied after a heavy rain. They also have taste buds, so spraying the fruit with hot pepper could deter them long enough so they go elsewhere for food. Good luck
